REPORTING A COMPLAINT
Are you not satisfied with our services? Then we would like to know. Do you live in a large building? Then there is a facility manager on a regular basis. You can always discuss your question or problem with him or her.
You can also submit a complaint to us online. Please note: a 1st repair or nuisance report is not a complaint. Unless you want to report that you are not satisfied with how we have handled your repair or nuisance report, then it is a complaint.
INDEPENDANT COMPLAINT COMMITTEE
If we are unable to find a solution together, you have the option of putting your complaint before the independent complaints committee. This is subject to three conditions:
You first lodged the complaint with us and we have had the time to do something about it;
Your complaint is about our services, not about our policies;
Your complaint is not currently being assessed by another organisation.
OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO CONTACT IN CASE OF COMPLAINTS
Sometimes your complaint will fall within the jurisdiction or expertise of another organisation.
