Please note that an account on vestide.nl is only for current tenants.

You can already register from the age of 15, so that you build up your registration time immediately. If you want to rent a room or studio, some requirements apply:
You must be a full-time student at an educational institution in Eindhoven. The study must be registered with the RIO, CREBO or NVAO as funded education.
For Haven (Blauwe loper), you must be a full-time student or PhD student on the TUe campus.
PhD students unfortunately cannot live with us, except in the Haven residential community on the TU/e campus.
Are you using the travel time bonus? Then you must send your address history to us.

The more registration time you have, the higher your chance of getting a room. The person with the most registration time will get the room.

If you have to travel a long way to Eindhoven, you can earn extra registration time. We automatically calculate your travel time using Google Maps:
Travel time > 60 minutes: 6 months extra registration time.
Travel time > 120 minutes: 12 months extra registration time.

You can respond immediately to vacant rooms and studios. Each advertisement is online for 3 days. Your place on the list is temporary and can change if other students respond. After the ad closes, you can see your final spot via your account.
Each ad closes at 00:00. If it says you can respond for 1 more day, you can respond until 00:00 of the next day.

As soon as your rental agreement takes effect, the registration time you have accrued will expire. You do not have to register again. Your registration will continue to exist, but the accrual of registration years will start again. And of course your travel time bonus will also expire, because you are now registered in Eindhoven. Please note: this also applies to a rental agreement for homes that have not been run through our advertisement, such as for example Co-option (including internal relocation) or Space-S.

Then submit two documents:
Proof of enrollment for the academic year
Your address history if you use the travel time bonus.

Before you can rent the room, we check whether you meet the conditions:
Are you a full-time student in Eindhoven? We check this with your proof of registration.
Is your travel time bonus correct? We check this by checking your address.

Then you will receive the rental contract, additional information and an invitation to hand over the keys by e-mail. The room is then (almost) yours!
