Vestide will be launching a new website in January. You will need to create a new account for My Vestide, even if you already have an account.
My Vestide will also be part of the new Vestide website. My Vestide is a secure online environment and the place where you can manage all your housing matters. Because it is a new system, you will need to create an account from the second half of January onwards. Unfortunately, changing your password alone is not sufficient.
You can create a new account in the course of January
Do you already have a My Vestide account? If so, you will still need to create a new account. This will give you access to the new environment and allow you to arrange repairs and other housing matters quickly and easily.
What will change?
From now on, you will request repairs to your home via My Vestide. Previously, you did not need to log in to do this. This is more secure: only you can submit requests for your home via your personal account in My Vestide.
You can immediately view your requests and their status.
Www.vestide.nl will also look different from January onwards: colours, fonts and layout have been changed. This makes the site easier to read and use on your phone and tablet.
